The Regenexx Corporate Program

Our corporate program provides members with an option in care that is significantly less expensive than conventional surgical options. We work with thousands of employers across all industries and have been adding Regenexx to self-funded health plans for a decade.

Added Benefit in the Surgical Process

At Regenexx, we integrate seamlessly into the continuum of care, offering flexible solutions that can either stand alone or complement existing health plan components such as care navigation, physical therapy, and narrow surgical networks.

Regenexx addresses a critical gap between non-surgical treatments (such as physical therapy) and orthopedic surgery. By providing an intermediary option, we help reduce the overuse and misuse of orthopedic surgeries, empowering patients to receive optimal care.

Member Satisfaction Matters

In the Regenexx Patient Registry, we not only track reduced pain and improved function. We also track patient satisfaction with the Net Promoter Score (NPS), a customer satisfaction and loyalty metric. Our lifetime NPS is 81 across thousands of responses, which demonstrates exceptional patient satisfaction and loyalty.*

The NPS is a widely recognized benchmark in gauging customer satisfaction, with scores ranging from -100 to 100. A score above 70 is considered world-class, indicating that Regenexx is significantly outperforming the industry average.

What is a Net Promoter Score?

The NPS is derived from a single question: “How likely are you to recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?” Respondents answer on a scale from 0 to 10, with scores of 9-10 categorized as promoters, 7-8 as passives, and 0-6 as detractors. The NPS is then calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.

How the Regenexx NPS Compares to Those of Other Healthcare Companies

Healthcare industry average: The average NPS for healthcare companies typically ranges from 30 to 40. This benchmark highlights how the Regenexx NPS of 81 significantly exceeds industry norms.

Top performers: Renowned healthcare providers like Kaiser Permanente and Cleveland Clinic generally have NPS scores around 70.

What Does a High NPS Mean?

Patient trust and loyalty: An NPS of 81 indicates that a vast majority of Regenexx patients are not only satisfied but enthusiastic about recommending Regenexx procedures to others.

Quality of care: A high NPS score suggests that Regenexx consistently delivers high-quality care that meets or exceeds patient expectations.

Market differentiation: In a competitive healthcare landscape, a high NPS distinguishes Regenexx from other providers, positioning Regenexx as a leader in patient satisfaction and care outcomes.

Validation Institute Report

Patrick H. - Police Sergeant

"I’m very appreciative my employer offered my family and me a procedure option that works very well instead of surgery. I had a torn meniscus and my Regenexx procedure fixed the problem 100%."

Dan B. - Welder

“If not for my benefits covering the Regenexx procedure, I would have been looking at a knee replacement. This is a much better option for me and has had a huge impact for the better for me and my employer.”

Austin S. - Manufacturing

“Without having Regenexx as an option I would have had to look at surgical options, which have longer healing time. With back issues the chances of surgery helping are marginal. I now wake upwith less pain and no longer experience the numbness and tingling down my legs like I did before the procedure. I returned to work in only three days after the procedure.”

Scott V. - Training

“This saved me from a hip replacement and I now walk without pain. I only missed one day of work as well.”
